LHC Series of Biomass-fired Steam Boilers

Structural Features

  • The LHC series of biomass-fired steam boilers are vertical-type shell boilers having multiple horizontal water tubes and double grates, which mainly comprise a shell head, a shell cylinder, a furnace head, a furnace cylinder, horizontal fire tubes and cast-iron grates, etc.  
  • The combustion system adopts a double-layered grate structure, effectively removing the dust and fume. The design fuels include various amorphous wood materials, biomass fuels and coal.
  • The multi-layered horizontal fire tubes realize a reasonable arrangement of the heating surfaces, ensuring a good water circulation and heat exchange, and achieving an ideal heat transfer effect and a higher steam rate.
  • This series adopts a natural draft mode, enabling the stocker to conveniently operate.
  • The boiler system comprises instruments & valves, a water-feed pump and a chimney, achieving a convenient and safer operation. The installation period is short, greatly reducing the capital investment. The boiler can be immediately put into use once the instruments & valves, the water source, the power supply and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site.
