Production Capacity

The company possesses strong capabilities of independent R&D and technological innovation, owning 3 China Invention Patents and over 10 China Utility Model Patents. 
 
Keeping on the business concept of “keep improving and persist in innovation”, the 61-year-old company has rapidly been developing with brand-new vigor and has been grown up as an all-around boiler manufacturer specialized in making mid-small sized power station boilers, oil gas fired boilers, coal fired boilers, waste heat boilers, electric heating boilers, biomass fired boilers and bagasse fired boilers.

Boiler Sub Plant

This plant mainly manufactures packaged boilers, pressure vessels, drums, headers, serpentine tubes, desuperheaters, centralized downcomers, large-diameter connecting pipes, large-diameter extruded T-joints and elbows, etc. 
 
This plant has a production area of 22000 square meters, including a mold warehouse having an area of 564 square meters and a radiographic inspection room having an area of 185 square meters.

Main Equipment and Processing Capability:

 Lifting Capability: 50 tons/10 tons
 Heavy-duty Crane System: 90m*50m*12m (Length*Width*Height of Rail)
 Equipped with: one narrow-gap submerged arc welding machine and one ESAB welding machine.

Water Wall Sub Plant

Our company owns three advanced automatic production lines of H-type fin economizer and high-speed fine punchers (including band steel finishing and leveling machines). 
 
We are ranked No.1 in the top professional manufacturers in Sichuan for designing, manufacturing, selling and installing H-type fin economizers. The annual production capacity has reached 7000 tons.

Half-finished Product
Apart from H-type fin economizers, the water wall sub plant mainly manufactures membrane water wall tube panels of boiler furnaces, ceiling and enclosure membrane tube panels, as well as membrane wall components assembled with headers. The annual production capacity has reached 2300MW. The production area is 12000 square meters, the maximum crane span is 24 meters, and the maximum lifting capacity is 20 tons.
 

Main Equipment and Processing Capability

Membrane Wall Production Line:

The workshop is equipped with the most advanced membrane wall production lines. The tube panels are integrally welded together, and 12 welding heads simultaneously perform the gas-shielded welding from top and bottom, thereby protecting the tube panels from being deformed. The production lines comprise flat steel finishing equipment, panel assembly frames and 12 double-sided automatic MAG welding machines (made in the U.S.). The maximum width of tube panels capable of being welded is 3.2m, the length of tube panels is 16m and the tube diameter ranges from 32-76mm.
 
12-head MPM Automatic Welding Machine
 Straight tube butt welding machine:
Hot-wire TIG welding machine (made in Canada), capable of welding tubes having a diameter ranging from 32-76mm and a wall thickness less than or equal to12.7mm.

 Vertical water wall panel bending machine:
The bending machine is capable of bending tube panels having a maximum width of 2m, a minimum radius of 240mm and a bending angle less than or equal to 180 degrees.

 Ф1200×4000 Huff Heating Furnace:
The Huff heating furnace is capable of integrally relieving the stress of the welded seams in corners of the headers assembled by using tube panels by performing the heat treatment.
The annual yield of the water wall sub plant exceeds 2600MW, able to manufacture water wall and wall enclosure components of 600MW boilers.
 

Main Machining Equipment and Processing Capacity

Our company has the following machining workshops: tool workshop, machine maintenance workshop, No.1 machining workshop and No.2 machining workshop. There are about 250 metal-cutting machines, including:
 5m, 3.4m, 2.5m, 1.6m, and 1.25m vertical lathes;
 6m, 4m and 2m gantry planers;
 Double-shaft deep-hole CNC drilling machine having a maximum drilling diameter of Ф25.4mm and a maximum drilling depth of 760mm. 
 
The drilling accuracy of the double-shaft deep-hole CNC drilling machine reaches the accuracy of various boring machines including T9, T6213 and T6113.
Various gear processing machines, capable of processing gears smaller than M16.
CNC lathes and optical grinders, capable of processing products with a curve shape.

The tool sub plant mainly manufactures the tools and molds required by the products, and is capable of manufacturing high-precision measuring tools and cutting tools.
The equipment repairing and manufacturing sub plant is responsible for the overhaul of the equipment, the manufacturing of special equipment and the processing of large T-joints and elbows.

No.1 machining workshop is responsible for the mechanical processing of boiler components, the manufacturing of oil nozzles, fuel-oil devices, slag crushers, vibrating ash-removing devices and other components.

No.2 machining workshop is responsible for the machining of auxiliary machinery (including pressure vessels) and the processing of tube sheets of large heat exchangers.
